Refund policy

At A.M.E., each piece is created with intention, produced in limited quantities, shaped by hand, and designed to move across time.

We invite you to choose thoughtfully.
However, should something not feel aligned, we offer a considered return process.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Due to the artisanal nature of our garments, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only, not refunds for change of mind.

This allows us to maintain our limited production model while ensuring you find the right piece for you.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • The item received is incorrect ( the item must be returned first)

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A full refund, ( If applicable) 
  • A replacement, depending on your preference

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued only to the original payment method

A Note on Craftsmanship

Each A.M.E. piece is handmade using natural fabrics and dyes.

Subtle variations in:

  • Print placement
  • Colour tone
  • Texture

are not imperfections, but part of the garment’s story.
